I have been using this app for a few years now and all I do now is fight with loosing connection to my billers. That’s a real pain and I send an email and I get the same old response of we are working on it but it never gets fixed ... trying to look for another service now or just go back to pen and paper

This app really helps you keep up with your bills and due dates!! Only issues I have is that that you have to keep updating your accounts

Once I set everything up I can pay almost all of my bills from anywhere. I don’t have to be home and receive a bill in the mail (I’m already set up for paperless wherever I can). Prism tells me what the current balance is and I can pay by tapping on the biller, check (or change) the amount to be paid, pull down to say I want to pay it, and authenticate for payment. I don’t have to go to websites or anything. It all happens in the app. I’ve got my 80 year old mom on it and she loves it too.

I LOVED this app. As the money manager of a single income household with heavy financial responsibilities, this really helped me keep organized and pay everything on time. Coupled with a spending tracker, it also helped me start doing better predictive analysis on my money. Lately though it doesn’t sync my billers or my bank accounts. It chokes on multiple account verifications constantly and requires me to sign into the same billers over and over within the same session. The constant need for biller verification means it doesn’t know there’s a new bill notify me, so things get missed. Again, I loved this app. But it’s struggling really hard lately. I’m starting to look for something else.

I’ve tried a lot of finance apps. Some of them are just too complicated to use. But this one is great! It shows all your bills and finances in one place. It’s simple and colorful and fun to use (as strange as that sounds). This is not a budgeting app. It does show your balance for checking and savings accounts, etc. But it doesn’t show what you’re spending. This is strictly for paying bills and never paying another late fee. You can even pay the bills through the app. All bills. All in one place. Amazing!

Would be five if they finally get capital one integration working again

This app is wonderful, but contacting support isn’t a great experience (or, at least, the support representative named Ashley). Responses from her are curt and unhelpful, and she warns you not to reply to her messages because doing so will deprioritize your request.

This app has been a great tool for someone who has struggled to stay on top of household finances. It’s almost perfect because it doesn’t integrate with every bill that I have. Namely some of the big brands have upgraded there security and prism isn’t allowed to connect. But, it’s better than logging into tens of billers websites to pay each bill. Hopefully, the security issue will be resolved. But in the mean time great app.
