Not easy to delete or remove account info

Will someone at prism get with me on how to disconnect all billers and get rid of all my bill information from Prism. I’m asking because your team does not make that function easily accessible which make me distrust the app. Thank you in advance.

Prism does a fabulous job of keeping me on track and paying my bills on time! I’ve tried several apps before Prism and they just don’t compare! This app has a lot of info and I use it regularly to keep me on track with my billers as well as there info when I need to contact them! Love it!!

I have had this app for 2+ years and have recommended it to so many. Unfortunately, they have made several mistakes and I should have deleted them much sooner. Initially it’s great and easy if you have lots of bills you can’t seem to keep track of. The problem I’ve had with them is confirmations stating my bills have been paid all to find out they weren’t which then leads to unnecessary late fees. But the worst is when you authorize a specific amount, like to a credit card paying the minimum due and they authorize the FULL payment. The worst part is they have no compassion or a willingness to rectify their mistake. They gladly walk you through the process to delete your account instead of trying to help. If you’re like me and live paycheck to paycheck beware they can really leave you in a bind authorizing big payments you may not have funds for in your bank account. PS this is my first ever review in history. But so worth it if I can help one person out there. Wish I could upload screenshots of their horrible customer service.

I’ve used this app for nearly a year and all the sudden I’ve stopped receiving notifications of when bills are due without me changing anything. Just to be sure I’ve checked my iPhone settings, app settings, uninstalled/reinstalled, and restarted my phone. Nothing has worked. This app is useless to me now if it doesn’t send reminder notifications. Seriously disappointed.

I have been a loyal user of Prism since 2017. With this app, I have never had a late payment. I have also paid off most of my credit cards and improved my credit score significantly. The addition of statements to the app has blown me away. Amazing technology and I love this app.
