I let them pick my flight and Priceline gave me over a 7 hour layover!!!! They wouldn’t change my flight!! They lost me as a costumer!!

I’ve personally transacted probably over 10k this year on flights and hotels, my trip to Mexico was booked with two rooms and I called Priceline to cancel one room and THERE REPRESENTATIVE said yes it’s fine. I was called and told that I couldn’t and against policy so they cancelled both two weeks before my trip(I’ve booked this two months before) Ok whatever give me my full refund I’ll reorder it. The resort is now $400 more than what I paid before. I wake up and I get a email saying I can’t get a full refund cause there was already one transaction for a partial refund. Like what type of half ahhh sad ahhh excuse is that? Give me my money stop playing with my time and money, I didn’t do anything wrong. As a business y’all need to make sure you're squared away with your mistakes, get off your high horses and you’ll see more long term customers. One star cause y’all wasted enough of my time.

Ripped Off by Pricline

I am very frustrated with Priceline’s customer service. I booked an airline ticket to Florida but my flights were canceled due to pilot shortages!! American Airlines refund the flight fares to Priceline!! When I called Priceline for my refund, they told me there was nothing they could do to give my money back!! I spent 3 hours on hold with a “supervisor”!!! I will never used Priceline again!! Worst customer service I’ve experienced!!

NEVER AND NEVER again buy ‘’Priceline express deals’’ as it is a BIG RIP OFF. My current experience, as I am 80 Years old and could not travel on 2/12/22 due to my surgery of back spine pain which was hurting me a lot and was not able to travel for 3 hours sitting in plane and even though I requested a cancellation due to my health problems, Priceline, I call them ‘’Suckers of the world’’ charged my account and the CSR did not listen to my request. I hope the general traveling public do not use Priceline Express deals Ismail anymore in future. I hope the Big Honcho of Priceline listens to the customers and change their policy. My 2 cents
