I AM A VIP MEMBER – Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight Review

I’ve personally transacted probably over 10k this year on flights and hotels, my trip to Mexico was booked with two rooms and I called Priceline to cancel one room and THERE REPRESENTATIVE said yes it’s fine. I was called and told that I couldn’t and against policy so they cancelled both two weeks before my trip(I’ve booked this two months before) Ok whatever give me my full refund I’ll reorder it. The resort is now $400 more than what I paid before. I wake up and I get a email saying I can’t get a full refund cause there was already one transaction for a partial refund. Like what type of half ahhh sad ahhh excuse is that? Give me my money stop playing with my time and money, I didn’t do anything wrong. As a business y’all need to make sure you're squared away with your mistakes, get off your high horses and you’ll see more long term customers. One star cause y’all wasted enough of my time.
