Wish they had app bundles

I use Priceline almost exclusively, but to get bundles you have to use the online version. I wish they did bundles straight from the app.

So difficult to reach an agent. Computer saying call us back when you’ll find a trip number and just hang out ? then agents transfer you to each other and ask the same stupid questions: name, trip number etc. Agents are from India

Do not use this company for any part of your trip or vacation. Cancellations might not be refundable and customer service will do nothing to assist you. I had a horrible experience and then was told “we have noted your feedback”.

My sister had her baby a month early and i needed a flight on a day's notice!! If it wasn't for priceline I wouldn't be on my way to see my newborn nephew for only $250!! all the other flights were $400+!! thank you Priceline!!
