Cancel flight booking

I called for more than 2 weeks to cancel a flight and they told me that they couldn't because they no longer had control of the ticket. The number they gave me from the airline doesn't work and I asked them to email or make a note and they said they couldn't. I tried to talk to a supervisor and they said no. I wrote to the airline through an email that I got on google and they sent me a message saying that this procedure had to be done by the travel agency (Priceline). What matters to them is selling and then nobody can help you. The only thing that can be canceled without problems is the hotels. But it really has been a headache.

Cheapest and best app to get hotel deals. When all other hotel finder websites were expensive, Priceline had the best deals. I recommend doing the express…it will never disappoint!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I have spent more time on hold with customer service than you can imagine. I called a month before my trip to add a name to my reservation and they told me to call the hotel directly. I called the hotel. They told me I have to do it through priceline. SO I call priceline back. Sit on hold for an hour while the representative tries to contact the hotel. He comes back and says he cant get in contact with the hotel. I ask what am I suppose to do about my $1500 I spent if my friends cant check in without me? He says that its non refundable and I would have to pay AGAIN just to add a different name to the reservation. This is also not the first time Ive had issues with priceline. I tried to rent a car last year and when I got to Florida they had no cars available. And Priceline tried to keep my money. I had to wait on hold for a supervisor for 3 hours.

When I make order the ticket that show 0 stop at this trip, But when I placed the order and completed. The trip be charge to 1 stop!!!!! Then I call the Priceline to make cancel ,they want charge $15 dollars for they system issues.this is Fraudulent.also they website no any Q&A show cancel need cancel fee.but if you want to cancel you need pay.follows the US LAW,Customer can cancel and not charge for cancel fee within 24 hour. Don’t not go Priceline got any ticket .shut down this app!
