Priceline become the worst customer service

I have VIP blue membership but they don’t provide a good service for me and two issues that happen with me this week. Best price Guarantee is so big false with Priceline. I got hotels by Priceline $105 The price was 75.44 including tax and fees with Snaptravel App I call customer service and Agent enter the Snaptravel and they saw the price 75.44. But the didn’t refund the difference!!!!?

Download Expedia instead! This is some of the worst customer service I’ve had. I book flights every other month for work, and Priceline has let me down numerous times. The flight insurance is a complete scam and the customer service agents are of no help. Also, they will not let you reschedule or refund you if you catch covid. I’m missing my flight today due to that very reason.

Be sure of your travel dates, don’t buy the trip protection, they charge $300 for changing dates plus fare difference, an only refund 20% if you cancel, what a rip off!!

I arrived at my hotel late to find out the hotel canceled my room for not only the night I missed but for the following day the room was still available so I payed for it. Priceline would refund none of it so I payed for 3 nights and only stayed one. I won’t be using again

I have used Priceline for numerous years! I recently paid for a room in Las Vegas at Tahiti Resort. My concert was cancelled. I immediately called Priceline, and they had me call the hotel. Neither the hotel, or Priceline would agree on which one of them was responsible for the refund. My daughter in law’s room fee was refunded (same basic room, same rules, same booking made at the same time). Mine was NOT refunded. This was two months prior to the concert, and they never did refund my money. How could one reservation be refunded when another is not? Numerous calls and emails… nothing. I wasted over $300 and I never even went! I am ANGRY at the double standard. Don’t do it! Use a different way, but do NOT use Priceline!
