Working great! Transferred data from the old hub to the new hub without any issues. Like the dashboard in the new app.

My LR, Kitchen, and MBR all face due west, which makes summer afternoons in those rooms particularly unpleasant. Not anymore! The hub allows me to program when the shades go up and down all summer and then simply disable them for winter and turn them back on in the summer! The shades were expensive -- a real investment -- but well worth the cost. Having the app and the hub and being able to easily program them makes all the difference.

What a lesson in futility. Make sure to put aside at least 10 minutes every time you want to adjust your shades. Sitting 2 feet away on wifi and it never works. I frequently have to reboot my device just to adjust my shades. Whatever you do, do NOT upgrade the app, it only gets worse. I spent $3k on this shades, all I ask is an app that works 75% of the time and doesn't make me want to punch the wall.

At first I was able to connect to the hub and it discovered 11 shades. This is the correct number, but one of the shades in the app actually connected to all of the shades in my house so that moving that shade in the app did the same thing to every shade in the house. So, I could individually control 10 of my 11 shades, but if I wanted to move that last one, I had to move all of them and then put back the other 10. Now with the latest update it doesn’t find a single shade, making it completely useless. I’ve tried resetting as well as wiping the whole system and redoing it to no avail.

Support from HD is almost non existent. Shades don’t respond and I have had both hubs new and old. Very unreliable. Get something else.

We have 12 Shades in our sun room and the app lets us control them all with our phones from anywhere. The app lets us preselected which shades we want to move depending on our need. We can also set shades to move at preselected times of the day. We haven’t been able to select more than one shade in room mode. That needs to be corrected. We also haven’t been able to edit setups without deleting them and starting over. Great shades and app.

This app would be five stars if it worked with Apple’s HomeKit. It’s the only app that I have that doesn’t.

I spent thousands of dollars on shades this year from Hunter Douglas. This app controls them to an extent. Often they don’t respond and I have to run the automation again. It’s to the point that I’m thinking about just scheduling things to happen multiple times, such as setting it to open the blinds at 7:00 and 7:01 in hopes that whatever didn’t work the first time will respond the second time around. I’d give other manufacturers a strong look before considering another Hunter-Douglas product. There has to be something reliable in this space.
