The PowerView app is powerful! I have not experienced any of the issues others have. I do have 3 repeaters currently set up and I think that helps a ton. My hub is also set up on my main floor where the majority of my blinds are located. It's great to be able to automate my blinds to keep the temperature in my house more comfortable. Very pleased with this app.

The new version is horrible. The app UI is slow to respond. The commands to the shades now lag up to 1 minute.

This app and my shades are terrible. The motorization of my shades has me yearning for the days before electricity. Sometimes one opens sometimes none sometimes all sometimes hub cannot be found why is there never any consistency. Terrible terrible terrible I hate it. Even trying to leave feedback on your website was frustrating and futile I could not login.

Some of my scenes don't work now and I can't edit or delete. I have to use the manual remote now. The previous version was absolutely fine. The videos on the HD site are for the older version too.

Writing this in the hope that I save people the money of buying he hub. This is by far the worst automation service I have ever seen. Hunter Douglas you should be ashamed of yourselves. Works 30% of the time at best. No rhyme or reason to when it works or not. Also ends up screwing up your existing remote such that you need to burn the hub and repgram your shades and remote from scratch. What a massive waste of money.

The old app worked just ok. Not all the shades would respond when selecting all. The new app is worse and only moves all shades maybe half the time. In addition is to sooo much slower than the old app. It also doesn't let you hold and move the position. It snaps to the middle all the time. Such a great idea but executed so poorly. For 4500 dollar shades I think I can ask for more.

Before the update everything was working mediocre. After the update I’m lucky if it works at all. Very disappointed

What a brilliant product! I wonder what we did without it. The new hub is amazing and works like a charm. Thank you Hunter Douglas...keep up the good work.

I have been waiting to buy shades until the new hub came out because my salesperson said that it would be apple HomeKit compatible (like everything else in my home). The new hub finally comes out, I’m so excited, and I replace all the shades in my home with PowerView. I go to install the hub, only to find out the software hasn’t been released yet and no HomeKit compatibility. Considering returning my shades now... very frustrating
