The ability to remotely open, close and tilt our luminettes and to program these functions is fantastic. No more manual pulling a cord and twisting a rod. What a great system!!

Our new blinds are absolutely gorgeous, and the ability to control them from our phone and through Alexa is absolutely fabulous. It takes two seconds, maybe three :-), to figure out how to set things up. Once you get down “scenes“ your life has been altered forever. Now that we’ve gone PowerView, we’ll never go back. Excited to live in a neighborhood where Amazon will dramatically increase real estate prices through building of the new headquarters… We figure with the new motorized blinds, we’ve added a multiple to their cost on resale in 5 to 7 years.

The app functions but is garbage when it comes to smart home integration, particularly with Nest. All it can do is run one scene when your Nest devices sense your away. It won’t run another when it detects you get home. It also won’t open or close to assist with temperature control. It won’t integrate well with Alexa either. Only shows the scenes you’ve made instead of appearing as devices that Alexa can control on routines or individually. They need to update the flexibility. Until then, I don’t recommend getting this product.

Love the app. Now has HomeKit support. Still needs a little work give that himekit’s settings sometimes don’t match positioning as done through the app. This is particularly important with the banded shades. But I’m happy as it is now.

The installation was simple, setting up the hub and loading the app was a breeze. Discovering and naming the shades worked flawlessly. Can’t wait to add more beautiful shades to my home.

Used the widgets over the app probably 20:1 but now have to launch the app to do anything. Have tried re-installing, but it doesn't fix it.

Works as expected most of time and automations are nice. Seem to have issue with one or two blinds periodically losing their smarts and the only reason not 5 stars. Don’t know if blind or system issue.

We just spent $12,000 on blinds that don’t work. Phone support can recommend nothing but turning the hub iff and on again. Over and over. Sometimes things work, partially. Sometimes some blinds don’t respond. The app gives no error messages when this occurs. I strongly suggest trying Lutron over these. Oh, and phone support closes at 5pm and doesn’t work weekends either...
