Terrible log in platform

I can type out or use auto fill with my Face ID to enter password and it will say password incorrect ~75% of the time, usually prompting me to reset my password. I’ll use the same password or auto fill on my computer and it will always work. Not much of a “mobile” banking app at all as I always need my computer.
Cant use app to pay my PNC credit card bill

I always have to use the website, because this app is lacking important functionality. I can’t set up a payment from my checking account at another bank, so I always have to go to the website to pay my PNC credit card bill. What’s the point of having an app if I have to go to the website every month just to pay my bill?

My husband and I just switched to PNC from Simple- and one feature we really miss is getting a push notification each time our account is charged. If helps us manage our joint finances better when we can easily see who is spending what in real time. It’s also nice to wake up and know what recurring payments posted to our account.

I liked the mechanics of vitual wallet better. I was not one for consolidation of PNC apps.
