External transfers broken

Refuses to let me access external transfers feature. Says unavailable each time. That’s a vital feature which doesn’t work.

The title says it all, but it makes no sense to constantly have to verify your information just to log in. No matter how many times you want to use Face ID with a saved password to make signing in quick and easy, it never fails that the system will send an error message that your password is incorrect, then go through the steps to reset it, only to be told ‘that service is unavailable’. Then you are forced to call to have them unlock it. I don’t have time for these shenanigans EVERY TIME I use this app. In fact, I go out of my way to try NEVER to use this app and even then only as a last resort since I am a joint account holder. It doesn’t work as smoothly and with little effort as other banking apps do. I prefer apps that don’t make me want to pull my hair out after five minutes.
