Have to try several times to take front of check and it may work one out of 10 times. If you endorse back like it says to do you can’t take it to the bank because of the mobile deposit on back.

PNC has made the decision to go across the continental and I could not be happier. I moved to TX in 2015 and just kept my virtual open with PNC in faith the bank would come west. The time has come and they make everything easier than any bank I have ever been with. 10000000000x stars for PNC.

I think this app has only functioned correctly 2x. It get to the main page showing limited information. When you click on the account it tells you it is not working right now. It’s a pain. I always have to go to the website. A fix is in need.
They decide to shut down their online access on a whim

It’s 2021. We’ve been in a lockdown. For your online access to still have spotty access is terrible. I don’t have any other financial accounts that shut down hours at a time without warning. I will be transferring my accounts in the morning to a bank that doesn’t shut down their access whenever they choose.

PNC NEEDS SHOW/HIDE ACCOUNTS

Currently PNC Bank does not have a customer controlled feature in the online banking for hiding balances in accounts. You have to call or come in to the branch. However BMO HARRIS, CHASE, FIRST BANK, FIFTH THIRD, all DO have this feature! And you access it right from the websites! Now PNC does have the phone verification when signing in to the online banking, but it would behoove PNC to add a show/hide feature that customers control! Dave Cotovsky
