Guess if your not a new user they don’t care. I have a older iPhone 6 and can’t update. That’s my issues with it. Can’t even use older version ?
Missing Virtual Wallet

All the benefits that comes along with virtual wallet has been removed. The ability to view and manage budget, pay bills and see money at at a glance, to check calendar for payday and when bills are being paid. The ability to see all of this without logging into Online banking via Pnc.com. This app was to contain both features. Disappointed

Trying to use the buckets feature is horrible. Info runs off the screen, so you can’t see what you’re doing. Also, you can’t use spaces in the answers to your security questions.

Now I’m waiting 4 days to have funds become available when I do mobile deposit?!?! Or pay that ridiculous percentage to have MY MONEY become available nxt day. It’s always something w PNC to squeeze an extra dollar from your CUSTOMERS. Joke. There are way better options out there The worst. The only reason I use you is to run my payroll and pay my company bills. Most of my money is in investments where it’s actually growing at much greater rate than a snails pace. Have NEVER been helped w a loan when I needed it most. And now I can’t even get the business rep at my local branch to return a call. All I want are my deductions printed out so I can work on taxes. The only thing PNC has going for it is that the rest of the banks are just as useless . Cheers! :)

PNC is my favorite banking app. Easy to read the screen and well organized. Easy to deposit checks and schedule bill payments. Although I have 4 other banks , I prefer this overall and it is the best app compared to the others I’ve used.
