ZERO stars!!! Absolutely horrible app

This app is absolutely horrible!! And Igor I met obviously has no intention on making it better anytime soon. It crashes half the time, and if it doesn’t crash it takes forever to load. The picture quality is horrible. Creating new folders is nearly impossible. They took away Saving videos. ZZZZEEEEERRRRRRRROOOOOOOOO STARS!!!!!!!!!

I tried loading up my photobucket on 12/25/19 Having issues, now I read the reviews and see what’s the problem. I have had a account for like 8 years Just delete your account and do not download this greedy ap.

Their mobile site and iPhone app is beyond terrible. Nothing ever loads. I have very fast WiFi. I’ve deleted and reinstalled. I even pay through the App Store for a subscription to the service. I can’t even access any photos! I’m going to try on a pic and then download all my pics and delete my account. I use OneDrive and Amazon photo storage now anyways. I just want my old pics. I even pay and can’t get them!

I’ve had photobucket for many many years. Now I can’t even log on to retrieve all my pic. And now I have to pay for it. Oh well just like in real life... you stole from me and now it’s time to move on. Bye bye.

This app will not let me save my videos I have uploaded and precious pictures and memories I have of my kids. I can’t believe I have had this account for over 13 years and not able to access my photos. Photobucket is holding my photos hostage and this is unfair. The app needs major updates and crashes horribly at times. Too many glitches seems as if they are holding g photos and not letting me access them to save. I want to gather all my memories and delete this account. Selfish Photobucket not letting me access my stuff.

I’ve been a paying member of photobucket for a few months and now I find myself wondering what I am paying for. After trying to use the app I find most of my pictures won’t load. Probably going to switch to amazon photos since I already have a prime account. Get your s**t together photobucket

FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Ive had my photobucket since like 2006 and i have photos in there from the 1990s. You guys have blocked my account and will not let me access my photos unless i pay for your crappy app. Most of my videos were broken when i uploaded them to photo bucket. I want access to my photos so i can upload them to my personal computer. I dont even want to use your services any longer. Do you guys understand how many years worth of precious memories you are robbing me of? Wish i could give this app no stars.
