Can’t access to my pictures

It only says loading 1900 pictures but can’t get access to them.

I downloaded this out of desperation because the website was giving me so much trouble and still no luck. What is going on with Photobucket? I can’t even log in. I keep getting bizarre error messages on the website and the app.
Resets to the top when looking at photos

Why would we pay (upgrade) when y’all ruined a perfectly good app. Now we can’t save our photos you have to screenshot your own photo. And when looking at them, if you click to make a photo big, and then go back to the grid (of all your photos), it takes you all the way back to the top!! So frustrating to use! Sorry photobucket, but you won’t be getting me to upgrade when you can’t even make simple things work in the basic area of this app!

Can’t download or view pictures that I’ve had on my account for years since their last update. Complete trash. I have literally years of my life on this place with no access it. Pictures of when my kids came home from the hospital, pictures of lost loved ones, memories with friends. They need to put a spot in to download your entire content you’ve uploaded and close your account. Watch how quick this company would die.

Photobucket, it’s the year 2020. You should not have this many issues and bugs with your app. Your app operates as if computers were just invented and it can’t figure out how to do ANYTHING. It is an abysmal piece of garbage, and considering most of us are paying money every month to use your site to host our photos, you’re essentially robbing us. This app doesn’t do ANYTHING I need it to do. It won’t even upload photos, which is the whole point! What am I paying you guys for again? You’re literally stealing money from your customers at this rate. Pathetic.

Please don’t waste your money or time on this app! I’ve had my account for at least 10 years and nothing has to progressed with this app. There are too many bugs & glitches with this app. Even if you use the browser, there are issues. Finally I’m transporting all my photos and videos to another site & I’ll never go back to photobucket!

Why can’t I access my old pictures dating back to 2014. In all those years I have many pictures and videos I hope are not lost please fix this issue. You will lose a valuable member whom has been using photo bucket for more than 10 years please help me they are very important pictures!!

App can only open for a few seconds then it freezes. Pretty ridiculous.
