I been having a Photobucket since I was about 15 and I could see all my pictures but can’t access my videos or download them not good

I’ve been with photobucket since forever and now all of a sudden they wanna hold my pictures hostage and not allow me access to MY photos,I get if I was trying to upload new photos to the new system they have a right to not allow you that but to hold my memories hostage that have been on this site since before this embarrassing money grab is ridiculous

Been using this for years with tons of memories on this site. Now unable to get too. If I didn’t have to rate with a star I wouldn’t have. Not even worth 1 star. You’ve ruined this for millions of users.

I paid the stupid monthly fee so I could save all my photos and videos and be done with photo bucket. Little did I know they do not allow you to download your videos. Precious memories I had for years. I then cancelled the monthly subscription and thought I’d still be able to view my videos. They blocked all my stuff. So you’re telling me I have to pay a monthly subscription to just view my memories. You all will never be like google photos and I can’t wait for the day your company is no more. Selfish.

Like many users here, I have been using Photobucket for years, to store pictures that I had previously stored on Facebook and had decided to move. Then suddenly none of my old photos would load, and I saw the messages that I would have to pay in order to access them. Fine, this is the way digital properties are moving, I’ll pay for this year, download these pictures, and store them on Google with my other pics. I PAID THE $50, AND MY PICTURES WERE NOT RESTORED. I CONTACTED SUPPORT AND GOT AN AUTOMATED REPLY WITH LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS. I have lost about a decade of pictures, with no response from the company. I’m disputing the charge with my bank as I write this.

TERRIBLE!! I’ve had pictures I’ve stored on here from almost 12 years ago, but recently they deleted all of my saved pictures (cherished memories). I’m sure they have them somewhere, but it’s impossible to figure out where they went. Absolutely appalling.

I’ve had my photobucket account for over 14 years. Since MySpace days. It has all my pictures and videos saved on there from my 14 year old daughters birth till recently. I have saved most of my kids special moments there as well as pictures of my late father and grandmother which I’ve been trying to get. Now I can’t open the app without it freezing. Videos either say “processing” or won’t load period. Not to mention it wouldn’t let me back in my account unless I paid their monthly storage plan. I paid it but now I can’t find a way to download the pictures/videos on to my computer so I was doing it through the app that kept crashing constantly. Now I tried to load the app which starts up and freezes within a second. All I want is to be able to get my pictures and videos to save to a flash drive and I can’t even do that. What’s the point of holding my pictures/videos hostage if I pay and still can’t access them? PHOTOBUCKET, when are you going to fix these problems??????

I've had Photobucket since I was about 11. Now in 27. I can't access so many photos despite paying the fee. I have the app and it every single time I try to go and look at old pictures suddenly the app is frozen. Why aren't you updating this?! You're charging me for memories I can't even access. Another review mentioned threatening emails and she's so right. Come on. At one point you were free. So many trusted you. It sickens me how this once trusted company has taken advantage of many people. Sad, really.
