I’m only 10 minutes in and the videos won’t play and as I scroll down it keeps taking me up. If I click on a picture and exit out it’ll take me all the way to the top as well. ??‍♀️ if it wasn’t because of my pictures I’d delete it without doubt.

I basically have the same issue as the review above me! It’s so frustrating to have all my photos and videos on here and I can’t download them or even view the videos. Keeping my photos and videos hostage! I’ve had this account for over 10 years.

Such a scam !!! Didn’t save any of my old pictures it keeps showing a number of mobile pictures but it keeps saying how it’s empty !!!!! Do not download this app and do not pay for more space because it isn’t worth it !!!

You guys DELETED ALL OF MY PHOTOS FROM 2007 to 2012 WTH PHOTOBUCKET???!! Are you serious??!!! Those were my memories from MIDDLE SCHOOL and high school!!! And YOU STOLE THEM FROM ME?!!! Terrible I am so upset right now!

I have had an account since 2006. It was free so I uploaded all of my pics. Suddenly I got emails about fees. Not cool since that wasn’t the original agreement but ok, sites take money to work even though they have so many ads they don’t need people to pay imo. I was willing to pay. I paid over $50 to get my account back. It was going to be a yearly fee. Not worth it but I needed my pics. It would be worth it since I had so many (thousands) but I couldn’t download them. There was no way. I had videos I couldn’t even view anyone. There would be a video reel over the thumbnail so I opened it and the thumbnail suddenly was the still pic. No video. I lost so many memories. Oh. And the best part after I agreed to pay yearly, when I logged in suddenly I had to pick a plan and pay $7.99 for intermediate. Fine. (Not really) But worth it to get my videos! First a while back I could watch the videos but not download them. I was going to screen record but it would blur and not let me. Not cool. After all the paying I have done the videos could not be viewed and could not be downloaded to my phone to share. So what’s the deal? This will be reported to the BBB and not only that, a class action lawsuit. Memories are priceless and you can’t make it impossible to get what is our own property in which we trusted this service. Even with paying I could not even watch my videos. I couldn’t download even a picture. The way I see it I want my $53 whatever back. It didn’t let me view anything and after I paid THAT suddenly I had to pay per month when I had already agreed to pay yearly. This is beyond scamming. I hope you have fun paying millions of dollars to users who trusted you. This is NOT going away. I know the law. I have already started the paperwork. You will not win. I have copied the terms of agreement and a lawyer has confirmed he wanted this case as it’s a big one. I’m not bluffing. Also I had a second account with lots of memories and I log in and guess how many pics are there? FOUR. And there were hundreds. That is part of the lawsuit too. There’s no way to get back what is gone. I want my $53 yearly fee since you didn’t honor that contract and I’ll eat the $7.99 because I have unsubscribed from that since I saw the disgusting way you have treated loyal people who have you a way to make income. You got greedy and now you’ll lose in a court of law. I have contacted your so called support and of course no one ever relies or say we are working on it. Too late. You’ve had time. You were once a thriving company and I recommended to many sadly. And now? Well good luck. This isn’t going away. I loved this site. I recommended it highly for many years. I trusted everything would be fine. It turned out horrible. Vacations. Weddings. Births. Silly videos. Memories. GONE. CANNOT download. Cannot even WATCH! See you in court. You know how this works. They send out to all users and you know you’ll be out so much you will have to find another way to get income. Idk who would hire you after this. You have a 1.1 rating. You can see when this was good by how many years ago the review was. Downhill. You’re as good as done. I tried to comply but that only ended up losing me money and the memories I trusted you with.

I’ve had photo bucket for about 15 years and I thought I lost my photos I uploaded and thankfully at that time, my PC was wiped clean. As technology improved over time, I forgot about photobucket. But, I was curious one day to see if it still existed, like MySpace. It was on a whim I remembered my username and did the forget password. I finally got through and wow! Nostalgic moment to see old photos. The only downfall is having to pay for storage, but other than that, thank you for that blast in the past.

I have over 12k phots is in this app and it’s only showing 90 of them. I’ve upgraded my account and still have no access to my photos. Worst app I’ve ever used
