There just crooks holding peoples memories hostage I was lucky enough to move all my pics before they got to lock me out or lower Quality or photos or slow serves

This company is scum of the earth. I have had my photobucket account for around 15 years. Now I get threatening emails saying I’m over the limit and I need to buy a plan or bye bye pictures. You should be truly ashamed of yourselves.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK. I’ve been with you guys for a long time. & I come back and I have to pay to see my photos. you guys literally have my photos locked. IM NOT ALLOWED TO SEE MY OWN PHOTOS. now that I want to transfer my photos I have to pay for that. what type of stuff is this!!! DO NOT GET THIS APP. they are a rip off and they will take your money and not do anything to help you get your photos back, all the memories gone and locked.

I’ve had photobucket since I was maybe 14 or 15. Years of memories on there. One day I couldn’t access any of my photos...come to find our you’re now charging for use of the site. Whatever. I’ll pay your stupid $5.99 fee and download all my photos and then delete. Ok. Except now even after I’ve paid the fee NONE of my photos will load!!! This is so stupid. Photobucket has always been free and awesome and you really ruined it.

Lock the photos behind a paywall. Lol I bet business is booming lol. Even when i typed “photobucket” in the search bar, I had to still scroll down to find it. I bet if I type “trash” or “unethical” or “failure”, U guys will be the first option.

Shame on y’all! I was a loyal customer for over 10 years, would’ve happily paid to continue using your product, but you restrict all of my pictures!?!! NOPE!!!! HORRIBLE. Now, I have zero trust in you guys. Have fun going out of business.

I have years of photos saved to my photobucket account, and now there’s no easy way to get them back. You’re holding my personal photos hostage for money, and I am furious. I considering a class action lawsuit over this, and there are plenty of angry people that would join. You will be sued for STEALING my personal data. I will never, ever, ever use this service again. Users BEWARE and DO NOT give them any money. Good riddance.

I’ve had photobucket for almost 16 years. They have since made my photos unable to access unless I pay a subscription. Stay away from these horrible people.
