Damaged photo files

I’ve had photo bucket for 8 years and it’s use is to store you picture. All my photo files on here a damaged and I can’t even see them. WTH

I currently pay money to have my photos stored onphotobucket. But with this app it won’t even let me sign in or look at my albums and it keeps constantly telling me to upgrade we are already have the maximum amount of storage something needs to be get done about this.I am paying for a service I can’t even get into.

I’ve had this app for 8 years! I went in to look at my wedding, honeymoon and my kid’s baby pictures, AND THEY WERE ALL GONE!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I don’t have any! I never should have trusted having my most treasured pictures saved to this Awful app! Disgusting!

I’ve used this app for many years and after an update earlier this year, the app has essentially become useless. Even after becoming a paid user the quality and features did not return. Still looking for a viable alternative.

They won’t let me have my photos!!!!!!

I have used this for years never had a problem. There was storage limit and I kept it well under the limit. I made graphics and had a lot of pictures and had personal photos. Now I can’t access them to delete them like they asked me to. I want my graphics and photos so I can put them elsewhere!!!!!

It does not work. They should just sell whatever equity that have left and go out of business. Their website doesn’t work, their app doesn’t work, and I am amazed they have the audacity to have a subscription plan for this let down of a service. Avoid.

they keep downgrading, making the ap slower, more bug prone. pay money for storage and it still doesn’t help access photos or videos. I’m tired of clicking an album and then getting a “no media to display” screen... edit/update: - no, the standard contact us response is not acceptable as it’s clearly a developer issue not a user issue when every user is having the same problems

Doesn’t let me see my pictures!

I haven’t logged in into my account for years! And finally I was so excited to log in and see my old pictures!... I haven’t been able to see any of pictures! Makes me so sad, looking at the reviews now, knowing I won’t ever see them again!

I am disappointed with this app. I’ve had photobucket since 2008. I have trusted this app to keep my picture and videos safe over the years and I just got in and all my pictures and videos says “sorry, the image is currently unavailable “ this is heartbreaking. Pictures that I can not replace!!!!
