No la recomiendo a nadie porque entre a ver mis fotos y solo me salen las mismas que tengo guardadas en la galeria de mi celular y no las que tenia guardadas de años atrás.

Does not show me my photos in fact tells me they are not even there. When I log in in other ways It shows me some of my photos but I cannot access them through this app!!! I paid to upgrade on this old account and I have a ton of pictures in here that I can’t find! Where are they! Why do you do this to customers this is cruel!

I’ve upgraded twice. Still not able to view images I had saved. They’ve been wiped/deleted. I’ve tried contacting customer service multiples times, only response I receive is the automated acknowledgement.

Photobucket has completely changed. I loved it in my Myspace days for personal photos and edits. Now it just glitches and photos are bad quality. I don’t remember them being bad quality in the above time frame. It’s nice to still be able access to the memories though, that’s the only reason I’m giving them three stars instead of one.

Images/videos won’t load, I keep upgrading my app, and it still reflects the old plan. What a mess. Do not recommend.
Irreplaceable to me but not to Photobucket

So I had tons of pictures backed up on Photobucket. I did not have the app on my phone at all times because it was that too much space. So I would download the app when I needed to back up photos and then delete it to my iCloud. I could always go to photo bucket.com and view my pictures without downloading the app. Well I haven’t do you my pictures which many of them this was my only copy, in some time. Well apparently during this time photobucket changed and just deleted all my pictures my account has zero pictures. I look here and they have a rating of 1.8 and I am not surprised. I never write reviews and I never rate companies especially with bad reviews but those are pictures I can never get back. I would never use photo bucket even if it was the only company around.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. They say I’m reaching my 250 photo limit when I only have 141 photos and now with this update, all my photos aren’t visible which means I lost years worth of memories thanks to this dumb app!!

I’ve had a photobucket account for 12 years and it’s literally only because they are holding my pictures hostage. I’ve been trying to get my pictures downloaded and off of there for TWO WHOLE YEARS. Countless emails with support. And yet here we are. So please do your self a favor and stay far far away from this scam of a site.
