Garbage program

I’ve had a PB account for years. Now they severely downgraded the limit on the free account and they are holding my photos hostage (I’m trying to remove photos and can’t). I also can’t access anything with the mobile app unless I pay for a subscription. This violates their grandfather rules. Contacted support and they won’t respond. Avoid this program for desktop and mobile app, it is pure garbage!

None of my old photobucket accounts even exsist anymore and all of my Europe trip photos, my high school photos, and numeruos photos from over the years are gone!!! The new owners are scoundrels and the origional accounts were all free!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND SUED!!!!

I wanted to try photobucket so I downloaded it. But after I signed up, I didn’t know what to do on there and I just waisted my time. It doesn’t let me search for people on there or art ??‍♀️??‍♀️ Never downloading this again ??‍♀️

I’m having my photos held hostage as well unless I pay for more storage. I’ve had photobucket for a really long time. They should be ashamed of themselves! My baby’s pictures are there and I can’t access them.

I’ve had them since I was in high school they won’t let me download any of my images and are forcing me to pay more That’s fine I rather screenshot every single image ( over 400) one by one and Transfer them to google drive then let them sit in my photo bucket account another day Oh and they don’t respond to that lil email link they keep putting in the reviews so

I can’t see any of my old pictures although it shows the amount of pictures I have! I even upgraded my space. Since that didn’t work, I canceled the subscription and deleted the app from my phone!

*ZERO STARS* I’ve had this app for several years and couldn’t access my images or videos without them being watermarked with the Photobucket logo on all my images. With the hope I could make my life easier I payed for the intermediate plan. I can now see my pictures without the watermark but guess what? I can’t access my videos. This app used to be great in its hay day and now it’s just another company trying to make money out of users. Even those who have payed. It’s a rip off.

Memories held hostage

I’ve had this app for years. I kept paying for it in hopes of keeping the videos from when my kids were little. It keeps automatically downloading photos even though I have that off. Tells me I’m on a free plan, I pay 5.99 a month. And I can’t see my videos. I emailed customer service. They didn’t respond to the plan info. But wrote they I need to migrate my photos to the new site?? Do not waste your money on the app or trust this company with your memories!!
