what an awful turn for the service.

Of course just like everyone else, I have tons of photos saved on here. I just want to download them, but I cannot. The ads are so bad that I get redirected from the site almost immediately. I've used adblock and of course you can't use the site with that. So, I paid for their service so that I could get rid of ads. Guess what, that didn't work! I still get redirected from the site. So now I've paid money for a service I can't use. I've emailed support and of course they haven't gotten back to me. This is absolute garbage. Shame on you, photobucket.

have had photobucket since they started now they have stole all my life memories including dead family members pictures. held them hostage till i paid for them to release them. So i paid the $5.99 hostage price and now i still can’t get to my pictures. Absolutely feel ripped off and SCAMMED!!

I had used photobucket for over a decade. Recently they decided to start charging. That sucked, but whatever...I paid the $4.99/month fee. HOWEVER, then their systems crashed. My account still isn’t back up. They refuse to refund the money that I paid to view MY OWN PHOTOS, which I have yet to even be able to do. 15 years of photos - gone. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Get your act together.

I’ve had my photobucket account for 13 years and have lots of memories that are no longer accessible. I downloaded the app and even though I’m within the “free” data amount the app won’t kid ANY pictures for me to grab and save. Scam. Disgusting.

After all these years Of having photobucket you guys wanna pull something like this ? It’s a shame I saved pictures & videos with confidence on it .. now I’ll never get to see Those memories again

App used to be free, I have been using since I was 14 and can not get any of my pictures

I’ve been using photobucket since 2009. The quality of the site has gone down dramatically. The mobile app is super getting sketchy. Sometimes I can’t even access to my photos on the app. I can’t believe I am paying monthly subscription of $4.50 for this.
Horrible just locks up

I have had photo bucket for nearly 20 years. Now the app just locks up and wants to send a confirmation email, which it never does because it is locked up. I am totally up to date on OS on the iPhone 11 Pro. It’s terrible now they need to go out of business, go with Google.
