Hacked and insufficient customer service – ParkMobile: Park. Pay. Go. Review

My info (and everyone else) was hacked and I was never notified. Gross. I asked that my account be deleted. after tons of hassle they confirmed my account was cancelled but refused to delete my personal account information. I’m currently working through a support ticket to try to get that done.
