Excellent

SpringfieldMH

Works for me for Windows 10 as of 8/11/2015 (following apparent 8/10 upgrade/deployment glitch (be sure to upgrade on both iPad and PC)). Adds the ability to use on iPad in portrait mode, with full PC screen and full on-screen iPad keyboard both visible, without overlapping each other. Does the best job I've seen of layering a bit of iOS touch interface atop the Windows traditional desktop interface.

Great App May Need an Update for El Capitan

MarkChicagoIL

Like this app. Use it to access my desktop (at home) from my iPad (when at work.) With El Capitan running on my desktop there are a few issues. Hopefully there will be an update soon.

Fantastic!

Richard Hearse

I cannot stress enough how amazing this little application is. I use it all the time for IT purposes. I used to SSH to all my computers but now I just use this little application for everything. I've used them all! Team Viewer, log me in, VNC, Google Remote Desktop. Nothing compares to this little app. Also the cost of having it yearly is so cheap! If you're on the fence just get off and do it! Get it!

Horrible support and customer service

Dave Zeltser

I am sick and tired of parallels forcing me to upgrade and shell out another $50 every year to keep the software running. They look for every excuse they can to force you to renew and get another version. On their desktop app if you install 3 times they lock you out from the app, and force you to buy again. These guys are sheisty. They used to give this app away free before they figured they could charge for it. Screw you parallels! People, there are free apps that do the same thing as parallels access.

Please FIX Mac Wakeup

iCu iD

This simply WON'T wake your Mac. I have a 2014 MacBook Pro and a 2013 Mac Pro both on El Capitan (with power nap and wake for network access on). Plex can wake the Macs fine, but this refuses to. So frustrated that I just bought a year subscription - PLEASE FIX THIS and my rating will update. Thank you.

Best remote access app

iHateMSFT

I've tried them all and this one is the best. Sure it costs money but so do a lot of good things in life. You get both modes here: touch and mouse control. The file browser is useful. I like that it works without port forwarding. It's quick enough you can actually watch video remotely. I like how it resizes the screen automatically.

Not working at ALL

thePaintGuy

I download this app to my new iPad Pro and it gives me the following error. Can't connect to the parallels access server. I am I suppose to add my Mac if Paralles server is down? Please fix.

Pure CRAP

jimboblaham

Jacked up the resolution on my monitors, putting them out of range so that I couldn't even see anything, had to restart and change the resolution back manually and re enable 3 of my 4 monitors. I am an IT professional and would not recommend this product to ANYONE. Problems aside, the actual remote functionality is horrible. Use teamviewer.

Great app

Dănuț Florian

I can't understand why it has such bad reviews, but I find parallels access a great app. It works perfectly , it's fast and intuitive.
