The app works well and I would rate 4-5 stars if not for the cost. Why should I pay for something that should included with the Parallels app?

This runs horrible, if even at all on LTE. I’m on a brand new iPad Pro 10.5, and had to go back to Splashtop....it’s running circles around this one!!!

App worked fine until recent upgrade. Worked fine then started showing remote Mac was “In Use” even tho it was not. After deleting and reinstalling all I can see is the intro screen asking to add computers. Mac agent works fine.

Sine the last update app is unusable. We had our team of 5 using it and no one who updated had any functionality. I have contacted customer support over and over. They closed the ticket and said they would still work on it. Haven’t heard from anyone for weeks. Had to start over with another app :(. Disappointing as we loved this app, when it worked.

Works fine on iPad (except for major mouse issues), but not at all on iPhone X. Tried to create ticket via support but it won’t let me email, phone or chat. Why? I can’t use Facebook or Twitter. Very frustrating. This has worked great for years until recently. Might have to switch to TeamViewer as support seems to have stopped for this app.

When I started using this app, it was great, but since the most recent updates the service has become unstable and the app much slower and less responsive. I also miss a stand-alone app to connect to other computers instead of having to use their web based connection system, which is rather slow. An app with great potential that seems to have lost it along the way.

I originally purchased this because of the ability to use my iMac from my iPad Pro. Then I was conned into purchasing the new version of parallels thinking I was getting the same product but upgraded. However instead I found that it is only good for one computer and now you have to separately purchase parallels access time and have to purchase a separate key to add a second computer. It seems that now the product is not what it used to be and I have realized that it would be cheaper to just get a MacBook than continue with all the add on purchases I will have to make to continue to be able to use this product. Sad.

Using the application works great until you switch to another app in the iPad. For example if I am using Parallels then I need to switch to another iPad app and then go back to it it does not reconnect. The mouse is not moving and it acts like it is frozen. I have to disconnect from the session and reconnect to allow me to use it again. This is not functional.
