Screen is too small on the iPad Pro 11inch Want more screen? There is an option for more space that makes it smaller and worse... I really wanted it to work well in full screen, I already paid and I hope they update it soon Its impossible to get the laptop screen to lock safely while working remotely, when you lock it or close the laptop screen it while the laptop is still working fine, the app lags and doesnt work. This is good, this is awesome, this could be perfect

This app is awesome and hugely useful, but unfortunately it is hamstrung on the best device to use it on: iPad Pro. It still doesn't fill the entire iPad screen. That extra screen space would be extremely useful when using this app. Any news on an update, Parallels?

Had trouble connecting to my computer Technical support kept telling me to reinstall software on my computer Trouble was with their server software Never received any help information from technical support and in one case received wrong information (they told me that it couldn’t be done, I assume because they didn’t know how)

I have used a lot of computer remote control programs over the years, and this is my favorite. Gone is the entire desktop view, and the need to dig through menus, and windows to get to the App you want. Parallels Access gives you an App view to select what you want to do, and a full window view of the app you’re using, very helpful and convenient. Another great feature is that you get the same capabilities whether you’re controlling an app on the Virtual Machine you’re accessing, or accessing an App on the Host machine. Highly recommended!

There are many remote access options but this is the best I’ve tried. Very slick, not perfect, but a great addition I’ve come to count on.

It’s good software, but I wasn’t as impressed once I had it downloaded. I can do all the same things this does with Chrome Remote Desktop for free. It’s not bad, but I was disappointed once I had it downloaded.

I accidentally bought this app thinking that was free and on the App Store it said it was free but I payed $21.39 for it. What gives? Edit: revising my review because it’s an apple problem not an app problem.

This is incredible and exactly what I’ve been looking for. Great job! Everything makes sense and it works.
