Rented a car through orbitz, chose nextcar when I paid my deposit my receipt stated all taxes and fees included. When I got to nextcar I should have only had to pay my remainder balance of $36 . Left out paying $229 more! Orbitz acts like they can’t do anything about it.

Need to reset password. The link provided to my email didn’t work numerous times. Called the number. Unable to speak to someone. Was hung up on. The auto chat keeps wanting me to sign in which I can’t. Irritated. Not helpful.

You think you're getting a great deal but the app doesn't disclose the hidden $120 baggage fees, secretly in the fine print where you'll never see it after you had already purchased your flight.

Location was perfect, couple blocks from Penn Station across from the Hudson Yard. Many options for food around. The restaurant was good. Friendly staff. Hotel was clean, room was clean. The coffee at the lobby was so good! It was not weak, it was awesome. If I go again will definitely stay again.
Customer Service Nightmare

I brought a ticket to see my family member. I got covid couldn’t fly so they give me credit for the flight. I have been trying for months to use that credit for another ticket and can’t find one on the app no matter dates are put in for the month. I call the customer with avail during this whole situation. They can’t or won’t help to get this issue resolved. Don’t buy your ticket on Orbitz unless you know for sure you flying on the said date exactly, so you won’t be ended up in my dilemma.
Trip to Boston

I have a trip to Boston scheduled with my friends. 1 of my friends came down with COVID and the rest of us have to be quarantined so that means we can’t travel. Orbitz will not refund my money even though I purchased trip insurance! What a disappointment! Jeffery Buckingham I don’t know why I’m leaving my # no one will call.
