I love this app I’ve been using it for over a year now and only I knew about it sooner it is so awesome and you earn rewards you get more points than any airline miles credit card would ever give you

I have used Orbitz to book all my vacations and hotels for years and never had a problem! If there are any concerns they address it quickly and easily. Great prices and great service!
Misleading Insurance protection

Orbitz flights offer a Cancellation Protection for $19+ however if you cancel they will deny your refund request for almost any reason related to Covid saying their T&Cs state cancellation of your trip is not an “Unforeseen” event as defined in your insurance policy. So if you get Covid, are exposed to Covid or have symptoms they will not refund your ticket. This is observe since it’s a pandemic. Shame on you orbitz for promoting the protection insurance when it’s worthless. Shouldn’t you promote safety first instead of people risking getting others sick so they don’t lose their money?!?

Your app didn’t book my flight but you did charge me multiple times for flight insurance. Terrible.

Whenever I select a room to book the app completely crashes and I am unable to make a reservation.
Diminishing Value Over Time…

Have only used Orbitz for many years. Time to move to a new platform. Online booking has become problematic, used to book a trip in 15 - 25 minutes, now need to set aside more than an hour. Limitations on using orbucks, getting to booking and pricing changes necessitate re-doing it, spotty customer service. Will book one thing to use my remaining orbucks and then moving on.

Using these airline credits is next to impossible..I can’t say I or my family will return to this business..after years of using Orbitz I feel ripped off and I’m done

I’ve been using Orbitz since 2009 w/o issues. I get great competitive prices, and no complaints about customer service. I seem to always get the cheapest prices for flights.
