They were very helpful with changing flights. The airline changed it to a later time, but Orbitz was able to get an earlier flight out. Thanks

No one or the app said that the pool is under construction, that was the main thing I went for. And 1 hot tube close, just 1 hot tube for the entire hotel.. waist of money.thank you. Juan Bustamante.
Changing flight is a nightmare

The app gives me an error . Phone call takes to the wrong agent even after long selection , next one puts you on hold for over 3-4 hours!!!

Unable to speak with a representative that’s is willing to assist with a difficult booking. They simply do not want to assist. This is my first md last experience with Orbitz.
Ok for cars and hotels - not flights

Orbitz is ok for rental cars and hotels and to get an overview of airlines prices. Do not ever buy your airline ticket with Orbitz if there is a similar price on the airline website. Why, because if you cancel a flight you will never be able to use the credit. Because of Covid lockdowns I have maybe 20 flight credits that are useless. They do refund flights cancelled within 24 hours but after that, your money is lost should you need to cancel or reschedule. They should be sued for this practice.
No button to add to calendar for iPhone app

I tried to find button to add itinerary to my calendar in iPhone app. I can’t find it. This is sad.
