Customer Service Nightmare – Orbitz Hotels & Flights Review

I brought a ticket to see my family member. I got covid couldn’t fly so they give me credit for the flight. I have been trying for months to use that credit for another ticket and can’t find one on the app no matter dates are put in for the month. I call the customer with avail during this whole situation. They can’t or won’t help to get this issue resolved. Don’t buy your ticket on Orbitz unless you know for sure you flying on the said date exactly, so you won’t be ended up in my dilemma.
