This has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with they booked two rooms for me and there were no rooms available at took over two months to get a refund dozens of phone calls if you can find Orbitz one 800 number it’s almost impossible to find and dozens of emails this company should be put out of business and when you finally get customer service you can hardly understand a person talking on the other end

App only good for one passenger

We made a group purchase online. Only the adult with the “email that was used to book” was allowed to see the itinerary info. The rest of us had to use other apps.

Orbitz acts like they give you 5% back for ordering in the app but the apps prices are always higher (usually more that the 5% they offer) so they make even more money off of you.
Great site if nothing goes wrong - then horrible

I’ve made 20+ bookings through Orbitz. If nothing goes wrong, it is a great bargain, but if something goes wrong, or a change needs to be made, prepare for the worst. For example, I had to change the first leg of a flight, but when I went to check in for the the return flight, I was told the reservation had been cancelled because I had “missed” the first leg. They wouldn’t do anything and it cost me over $1000 extra to get back home.

The price match and trip protection options are already checked without you making that selection and poorly displayed on the app. You find out you paid for something you didn’t chose and after a minute after I booked I tried to get those charges off but no way! Last time I’m using Orbitz.
