They canceled my return flight without telling me. I’ve been trying to resolve it for 2 hours and they keep putting me on hold because they can’t figure it out. Incompetent staff

I can attest on not just one occasion that Orbitz has provided quick, thorough customer service. They have handled numerous travel disruptions quickly @ to my utmost satisfaction It is appreciated.

Their flight times change constantly after booking. Then if it changes but won’t work for you they basically tell you it is what it is or they’ll refund your money in 4-6 weeks pretty much screwing you trying to find another flight with someone else. I will not use again.

Was happy With the app itself, just disappointed that the price is the motels were charging, but again this is California during the summer.
