Worse experience flying to Russia. Final destination is Saint Petersburg but we’ve to go thru customs & get our luggage in Moscow, then recheck in to St. Petersburg. Calling support is nothing but a person repeating my questions over and over and apologizing.

I’ve been a constant and hard traveler for a few decades. I use orbitz a lot. I decided to download the app and it really screwed le over (to be pg) the flight I booked wasn’t showing up so I booked another then 24 hours later it showed I doubly booked. I had to cancel the flight I preferred with more time with my family :( and I looked through the app two weeks later and it is still claiming both flights are booked. Ten minutes ago it only lists one. This is misleading with peoples lives and finances

Had picked my hotel separately and just happened to open the app. The place was 10% off on mobile! Easy free money, thanks Orbitz.

Booked a Villa for 2 nights for there to check in and then nothing was available. Sent us to sister hotel which was horrible. By the way prepaid.

Rental car misleading

We needed a large SUV or van for vacation. Booked a reservation through Orbitz for a Ford Expedition or comparable and doubled checked the reservation with Enterprise and it said a Cadillac STX 4 door car! Booked a second reservation for a Ford Transit Wagon which is a very large van. Checked again with Enterprise again and it came up as a tiny Kia Soul!!!!! Called Orbitz and they had the excuse that it’s up to the local rental car place to determine what kind of car you get. What?!?!?! I get the make of car such as Ford Expedition or Nissan Armada. But to downsize to a car? And the large van to a Kia Soul, seriously?? Terrible first impression and won’t be using them again.

Rented a car for 2 days... the online price was 22 dollars a day... It was not with so many fees.. my final total was $227 then they also took a deposit of $300 I was under the impression they were going to only charge me $300 total Instead of advertising the price without fees... it would be way more honest to show the consumer what they are actually in for... it’s almost criminal! Give them the actual total after fees and be honest... and just ridiculous fees too...
