Great app, but something is wrong with search

I love this app & use it to track the carbs I eat, as well as activity & blood sugar levels. It also reminds me to take my medication on time. However, the app crashes whenever I try to search for donut holes in the food search... Are you guys trying to tell me that donut holes don’t count?? Or that I shouldn’t be eating them... ;-) Regardless, I have (eaten them) and I do want to track them, so please fix this! Thx!

I have had type two diabetes for almost a year now I have been through three different devices and the one drop is by far the easiest port it’s ease of use makes it more used which is of course the point of checking your blood sugar.
Good app but...

I downloaded this app yesterday and used it all day without a problem. I like this app a lot. However last night the app started to crash every time I opened it. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, I’ve reset my phone and done everything I can think of to get this to work. Morning is working. The app opens only for a few seconds then crashes.

When it works the app works beautifully. Unfortunately, more often than not I am forced to manually enter my readings as the meter does not upload the data to the app consistently. What should be a seamless experience is marred by a constant need to manually connect the meter via Bluetooth.
Love it besides a minor thing

This app has helped to lower my A1c and has made more aware of what my average glucose is for the day. My only problem I’m facing is on my watch it never is sync with my phone app. The average is always off or “0”. Also, when I input glucose reading on watch it sometimes doesn’t show on the app on my phone. Anyway to fix this? Other than that I LOVE it! Thank you

I recently came across this app and instantly downloaded it for my wife, she used the app for a couple days and said she really liked it so we subscribed to the unlimited plan, meter came way before it said in the notice. One thing she could really use in the app is customizable setting to have the app do the insulin calculations for her. For example she checks her numbers it syncs to the app then she has to close the app and open the calculator and figure out the amount of insulin would be great if you could put in the math and the app do that for her. So she checks her numbers the app displays the reading then a notification or something goes to correct this take “2” units of insulin, or eat this 30g of carbs basically eliminate the need to close the app and use the calculator. That’s the only thing I could think of that could use the app other than that 10/10 great app and cheap too!!

Dexcom CGM Data doesn’t sync consistently

I really hate to give this app such a low score because the concept and interface are great. But my Dexcom CGM Data syncs terribly and is wildly inconsistent. It won’t sync at all for half a day out of no where so I end up with blood glucose data that is spotty at best and unusable at worst. I really love everything OneDrop is doing as a company, but I wish they would shift some resources to fixing the killer functionality of the app: syncing my glucose levels from my CGM. I would have signed up for their premium service long ago if I could rely on the data being in the app when I need it. I’ve contacted support before and they basically say that it’s just too much data to sync and they can’t help me.
