The app is pretty good, but since the last update it crashes after a few seconds every time I try and open it

Normally this would be a 5 star review. I have two complaints that has come from this latest update. Complaint number one is that the app won’t load. Number two is that I can find no way to contact One Drop without the app. Clicking on the “app support” link in the App Store takes me to their website that has no way to contact them to let them know that their app is acting funky.

App was full of bugs when I began using it. The bugs were slowly fixed. Now, latest update crashes the app. There is no way to inform the developer or OneDrop. Way too many mistakes with app and with OneDrop itself. Stay away from this mess!

The app won’t even run, now. It crashes within a few seconds of opening. I have to get a completely different app to log my glucose, and start my A1C tracking, all over again. 3 stars for when it actually worked. ?

Everything was working fine and the developer ran an update and now nothing works and there is no way to contact them to try to fix the problems. Post a help line or instant message or something.

I’ve used OneDrop exclusively for several months and have been pleased with the app. However in the last 24 hours, the app has become unstable to the point it is useless. It repeatedly crashes when opened. No other app on the phone has demonstrated the same problem.

07/21/18 Update: With the latest update the app keeps crashing on my iPhone X. Useless! Yet against One Drop fails! Go with a different app/product. When my supplies run out I will be switching. So I went all in with the app, meter, lancets EVERYTHING only took be frustrated with customer service. To this day my meter has to be synced to my phone at least every other day. The app and phone are up to date, the settings are correct, the app runs 24/7 etc. etc. etc. The only thing customer service does is tell me to check settings and make sure everything is up to date. There is clearly something wrong with the meter but they refuse to send me a new one. I even offered to send the other back but no luck. CHOOSE SOMETHING WITH MORE RELIABILITY.
