Can rarely get the value to wirelessly sync to the app. Usually have to manually enter my value. Didn’t have this problem with my ACCU-CHEK meter, but I’m going to continue to give it a try.

I’ve yet to find an app including this one that calculates net carbs accurately.

The device does not connect to the app. I cannot recommend this app. I have to manually enter BG reading. Not worth it!

If you like being interrupted and mansplained to, speak to One Drop male support team members. If you want HELP, leave a message that you’d like a female agent to handle your issue. In spite of all their claims to the contrary, I don’t feel the Chrome meter is accurate at all—its readings are wildly different than the monitor my DOCTOR gave me—every time. Twice this month the meters have been within two points, but the Chrome meter is usually ~15+ different, whether higher or lower. I don’t trust its readings at all. I’m still on the fence about keeping the subscription. It is MUCH cheaper than buying just the strips, insurance or no. I suppose you get what you pay for.

I really wanted this to work. I had been looking for a solution that automatically synced to my phone so I was really excited to find OneDrop. The reality for me is that the main feature that I was looking for just doesn’t work. It rarely syncs to the phone at all. Even if I have the phone sitting on the counter with app open when I test, it doesn’t sync.

This is a great app to keep track of blood sugars and helps to figure out which foods increase the sugar levels.

This is annoying, that’s why I gave it one star. The constant request to review the app is rude. I feel if the customer loves or hates the app that much, he or she will let it be known with a review. Otherwise, the manufacturer should just assume the app meet the customers needs and leave the user alone.

This is great for trashing carbs, but I can’t get the Watch app to work! I go to it to enter in food, and it says login to app. But I am logged in. It’s so much easier and discreet from the watch, but it won’t work ?

I’ve had diabetes since I was a kid. It’s always been a struggle to stay motivated, about taking my medication and insulin. BUT, THAT’S ALL CHANGED! I was looking into getting a CGM, but the cost is seriously prohibiting. Glad I didn’t. I was on the Apple website, looking for a speaker and came across ONE DROP. I downloaded the app to use with my One Touch Aviva, as it does let you manually log your results and I like the possible use of it with my Apple Watch, iPad, and iPhone. I started playing around with it and found the offer for $10, to get started, with a new meter kit (instead of the cost of equipment in the Apple Store app ($99.95). I’ve been using it for almost a month and haven’t missed a dose, and I haven’t been over 160, the entire time! I’m able to log ALL OF MY MEDS. The reminders keep me on schedule. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you, One Drop. The lessons, that are sent have been informative and keep me working toward a goal, and my coach has definitely been helpful. I can see why people question the value of the app, as there is so much schlock in the App Store. But, I have been able to use this app and all of it’s features with ease, and most of all RESULTS. COULDN'T BE HAPPIER, with my beautiful One Drop meter kit. If for some reason, I lose connectivity, it stores my results and syncs them when I’m reconnected. Scanning my food and logging my meals is so easy, it’s actually fun and best of all, has helped me to make better food choices. I wish I’d had this, eons ago.
