Buggy and loses my info repeatedly

carbonware

I really want to like this app. It looks good and has lots of features but has two issues for me I hope they figure out. 1. It constantly looses my data! That the whole point of a app that collects health info and logs it but of the month I’ve been using it it’s forgotten my meds and schedule three times. It’s lost my blood glucose input twice. Without this being more reliable it’s useless. The only point for a diabetic app is to record blood tests, everything else is fluff. If it can’t get this right no matter how slick the app is it’s worthless if it can’t keep a simple log and insulin input. 2. It has needless clicking. There are too many steps to get things done. It can be more effective if you simplify inputs. Like making a screen change to select each med when a simple list would work better. I have yet to connect my meter which has Bluetooth and I doubt I’ll bother until I can trust it will keep my logs. For now it’s back to paper.

Needs improvement, but great idea!

I read about the app and the product, and it was very intriguing. I figured it was a much better way to keep track of my blood sugar levels, and since I would generally have my phone with me, a better way to show the results to my doctor. I ordered kit and signed up for the program, quick delivery, easy set up, and I was ready to go...but, after less than a week the tester stopped syncing with my phone (iPhone 8 Plus- up to date ios), and I tried everything to get it to sync back up, but no luck. I hope this update helps, otherwise I will cancel the service.

Motivates to check sugar often

Jenkiesz

I really love this app! It's interface is beautiful and it really motivates me to check my blood sugar more often. I would really love to see more visual chart options based off of sugar x time throughout the day, rather than just how often I was in range. It's a great app otherwise!

Virtually no integration with HealthKit

Oldman777

Despite instructions in the app, the HealthKit app doesn’t show any sharing options. HealthKit does show an option to delete the data from this app. Running this on an iPhone 6s Plus with latest iOS and app version.

Great app but missing one feature!

VT_KDMKREW

I love this app and the One Drop meter but it’s missing the app auto launch feature I get with other meter apps. With the iHealth app as soon as I turned the meter on the app would open automatically launch which was awesome. This is the only thing missing to make it perfect.

No iPad Interface

This app still doesn’t have an interface for iPads ?

Very good but

Usaven

I love this app. I use it everyday and it works great for me but I have one issue trying to be an ambassador. I subscribed myself long time ago and I’m not an ambassador yet. Please help me. Thanks!

Great app, many features

I love this app, nice UI but it takes a little while to load. Is this because it connects to a server? I like how it integrates with health app, but I don't see my actual activity. Mostly I see my "easy minutes" even after doing a lot of fun activities. The food part needs more world food. Besides this all good. New edit: since ios 11 update in iphone 6 it takes at least 10 seconds to load after clicking. Dropped 2 stars. Takes way too long in between settings. 2nd new edit: Dropped another star for the 3d touch, works whenever it wants. Also I use Humalog and Lantus insulin, and it keeps erasing it from favorites. If you guys fix these things might put a star

Was great, getting worse

I loved the Idea of One Drop, and signed up/bought in as soon as it was available. Sadly, the app has been going downhill for the last 6 months or so. With every update, startup seems to get slower, both starting fresh and just switching back to the app. It’s slow enough I don’t bother trying to track food or anything else manually, and now, it’s not even reliably syncing blood sugars from the meter to the app. I wanted this ecosystem to work out, but it’s becoming more and more apparent it’s time to move on.

Just started and the app is not very user friendly

lookin4perfectcar

Navigation is not easy and instinctive, multiple medications are hard to enter and schedule, adding meal information is difficult at best, scanning has very few items and doing a search does not pull up the item. It may have a similar item but carbs or calories are not the same and you can not edit to your specific item. Not sure I will use this one long. Yes I have looked at the FAC and the issue remain. This app is not instinctive, easy and user friendly. It could not have been designed with the end user in mind. I have been a programmer in the past and currently act as the end user for over 100 programs in my job. If you want customers you have to design the app for the end user and it should be instinctive, tap here to input type of thing. As you said people want to use it to make life easier and don’t want to read an instruction manual before use. (Ie most people like to ride the bike not assemble it)
