I started out with the app. It’s beautifully designed, user-focused and so in tune with everything I need and want to track. The meter is stunning. Never in my 20 years with diabetes have I been PROUD to check my blood sugar. Until now. I pull out my compact, sick glucometer and feel like a million bucks. Then, to watch my BG sync over into my app (not to mention, in yet another gorgeous, design-forward way) is WAY COOL. The unlimited test strip plan means I never have to worry EVER again about running out of strips. And my coach, my accountability partner, is THE BOMB. This system is life changing. I am so happy I found One Drop. Do yourself a favor and get with the program.

I really really wanted this to be an awesome app and meter/strip combo. Please listen to my review I am not some petty person who gives a one star review because I can't figure the app out or equipment. First of all the meter is very innacurate. It is 50 points off my freestyle lite or more every time. And if you have diabetes you know the freestyle lite is one of the most accurate on the market. Also the meter and the app do not sync and the staff refuses to acknowledge this and do anything about it. And if that wasn't bad enough they forced me to delete a picture of myself in my Air Force uniform onboard my C-130 while I was armed at war in Afghanistan because it was offensive. What deployed war veteran is not armed? Well they offended me and their product is a piece of sh!t (Im not Kidding!) And cancelled my subscription immediately...Please don't fall for these fake reviews and the unbelievable price it's all too good to be true! "Hahaha JUST FOR PROOF LOOK AT THE RESPONSE THEY JUST LEFT ME". This is100% of the time with everything. This app and product is a joke!!!!

Hey guys, it won’t sync, it won’t pass on tickets, it won’t let me log in from a prior account... Really bad. Hopefully I can put it to use at some point. I’ll stick to my Verio.

App looks great but none of the databases work. It won't search for medications or meters. I just spent way too much time and effort googling and reading through the website for why these functions do not work as intended. Your screenshots show my medication in the database so there must be some issue beyond my control. I assume this app hasn't been made compatible with new updates to iOS and watch. Sad too. I really wanted to use the watch app. (Post 11/27 Update) Thank you to the Dev Team. The functionality of the app in terms of databases seems to be fixed! This makes the functionality and human interface much better than other diabetes tracking apps. Also, being able to use my Watch 3 gives no excuse not to log on time. I would note there are still some glitches. Editing times when not using the current time can cause the app to freeze. I have had to restart my phone several times. I went into the code verification screen in settings on accident and there is no Back button so I had to restart my phone to get out of it. Trying a bad code won't let you out. I wish there were premade tags for logging before and after meals, etc. That feature is immensely helpful on the Glucose Buddy app. There is some room for improvement but I'm very pleased I can now use the app thanks to the update.

I love that I can track all of my data in one place (carbs, meds, exercise, and BG) and use it make good decisions and see patterns! I send reports to my doctor too. The meter is awesome and syncs to my phone, the unlimited test strips show up on my doorstep, this is the greatest! Wish I had found it earlier. It’s helped me have better control. All the stars!

Dec 1, 2017: Something broke in the most current version. Data for meds and exercise and some manually entered meter readings are disappearing. A trouble ticket has been filed. Purchased the Chrome Meter. Arrived today. Flawless integration. Older: Been using this app for several weeks. Once I discovered that I could manually enter in my BG levels rather than using the finger control, I found the app easy to use. I like being able to visualize BG, carbs, exercise and meds and seeing patterns. Looking to purchase a Bluetooth enabled meter to make interaction with this app even more seamless. Would like to see it track weight as well. But, we have Health for that. Nice job so far.

I like that you can add all the things necessary, but the steps involved are a bit weary.

Love(d) the app until Saturday. Latest update no longer syncs Activity from My Health to OneDrop, which worked for a day after I got my iPhone X and then just stopped. Also, the food sources now show ounces of carbs instead of grams of carbs, which makes it very hard to ensure you’re tracking it right because nothing is measured in “ounces of carbs”. App worked great for about 2 months for me until Saturday, 12/2/2017 when I got the update that day. Woulda rated at 5 stars until then but when you break something people rely on for their health, you’ve screwed up pretty bad.
Why did you change the carb count

Loved using this for my son to track his food but the latest update changd the carbs to 1 oz carbs. It makes it difficult to find out the carbs for his food. Please change it back!!!!!
