Watch app?

I downloaded this because it said there was a Watch app, yet, it is nonexistent. The phone app is well made, easy to use, and full of information. I just can’t give a good review when the watch app is nonexistent. *update* I suppose I wasn’t very clear in the original review. I’ve tried to toggle the app in the watch app, yet, it doesn’t show in the watch app to toggle. I’ve looked a good dozen times, from top to bottom, app by app. It is not there to install on the watch. I even tried installing it from the App Store inside the watch app itself, still doesn’t exist.

Does not offer a way to stop subscriptions. Also does not offer a way to contact customer support. Seems like their pricing model is to just keep the money coming in.

I love this app! It has helped me lower my A1C and lose weight. The glucose meter is gorgeous and easy to use, the plan saves me a lot of money on test strips, and the program has made me increase my monitoring for tighter control of my diabetes. The latest update now makes tracking weight and A1C a breeze! The app runs like a dream, and the support team has been awesome. If you are serious about controlling your diabetes, this is a must!

One Drop is just what I have been looking for!

This is a great app for keeping track of your blood sugar. I mostly use it to keep a running record of my glucose levels in an attempt to better control them. I have used it for a month and find that I wish I could annotate my readings; it would help me pinpoint my best times and foods. For example : *after fasting and rigorous walk, *potato soup high, * had dinner before 6.... I received a reply from the developers: there IS a way to log notes! ? It’s on the smartphone app, not the iwatch app. This is perfect for tracking: easy, unencumbered app!

Just a Shiny Meter

If you want your meter to automatically send the results to your device the do not waste your money on One Drop. Following the instructions carefully I can only get my readings to my device by deleting the app and reinstalling. After reinstalling I am asked if I want to import all my results. Of course I am able to manually input my data but I could do that with my previous meters. This does not do what it claims to do. I am not impressed and I now have another meter. It’s just a shiny meter.

We have a two year old that was just diagnosed and we are using this app to track everything. Very user friendly, and the team added a drug for us that wasn’t listed within a day of requesting it. I appreciated your timely response.

I really like the app, but could there be a spot to log if it's before or after a meal when you check your blood sugar. Otherwise it’s an overall good app.

I’m Type 1 diabetic and I signed up hoping to use it for blood sugar checking motivation and it’s actually worked! Also seeing everything logged on there makes things simple and I’m able to understand my blood sugar averages better.. since you can also log food, carbs, insulin doses and exercise!! All the things that affect the blood sugar readings. Also ,I have the test strips plan and I had a couple issues with the app and meter but contacted customer service and I was told to always make sure I have the latest version of the app in order for the meter to send numbers to app via Bluetooth
