Great!!!!

JVIngram

Best time management tool I have found. Easy to use. I have ADHD and it has helped me stay focused and organized. I Purchased the pro version and it was the best money I believe I’ve ever spent for my ADHD. I have tried other time management and organizational apps and They don’t come close to being as good as this one. If you run into problems or have questions the support staff is great as well! I highly recommend giving it a try!

So much more than a to-do list

This is the best tool I’ve seen to track, schedule, and report on everything from small tasks to large projects. Best value on the App Store!

Powerful, beautiful, and delightfully simple

OmniFocus operates on the twin virtues of simplicity and power. And it’s getting a huge upgrade in the next couple of months—custom notifications, tags, collaboration, manual sorting, flexible scheduling, and much more.

Control your life

This has the perfect features to balance all your tasks and actually manage your life without being an app you force yourself to use. Everyone will build their system in OmniFocus a little different. If you buy now, you’ll get an upgrade to version 3 free, which looks even more powerful!

Very Satisfied

Been using it for months now. Very powerful and helps me Get Things Done effectively. Have a question though? If I purchased OF2 last year (2017), am I eligible for a free upgrade for Omnifocus 3? Btw, I purchased the Pro Version of IOS and Mac. Thanks!

my home base for everything

It has a learning curve to start, but OmniFocus is an intelligently designed system to keep track of all your areas of responsibility. If you’re a GTD practioner, you’ll find all the tools you need to run your system here. If you’re not, you’ll still find tools to organize, plan and, most importantly, DO the tasks you are responsible for. I use OmniFocus on Mac and iPhone, and it syncs perfectly. Wherever I am, all my projects personal and professional are close at hand, tracked in this one system. Support is the best I’ve ever encountered, hands down. Any issues I’ve had over the years have always been resolved quickly. Omnifocus is not cheap, but it’s well worth every penny. And also they’re not jumping on the subscription bandwagon, which I appreciate.

This app is the reason I have an iPhone

This is a great tool to manage tasks to avoid forgetting the important items. It syncs well with the Mac version and it has helped me tremendously. If you are confused with how to setup a system, then search for AE Primer and Premium OmniFocus posts to get a good foundation to start with. DevonThink is a great companion application for storing reference material needed for tasks or future interests. I can then use a link between them to jump back and forth as needed.

Good, not great

I really enjoy the structure OmniFocus provides and how it’s in-line with GTD. But you guys really do need to step it up in the following areas: 1. SYNCING. It simply takes too long. Syncing should be swift and seem-less. Always. 2. NOTIFICATIONS. When I’m reminded of a project I’m working on, I should have more options within the banner notification. Right now, I can choose ‘Snooze’ or ‘Complete’... but what about deferring it until tomorrow? Or being reminded again in an hour? Both of the above are very basic features that should be included in every productivity app, free or paid. I’ve been using OmniFocus on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch for over two years now, and I have seen minimal improvements and updates. OmniGroup, I really hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears, because I know I’m not the only one who’s got these issues. And I also know I’m not the only one who’d love to keep using this product, if only you’d bring it up to speed.

The app I like the most

auser1111

This is the app I use more than any other. Super useful in many different situations, whether planning a massive website project or just a trip to the store. It always works, always stays in sync and Panic support is excellent if you have questions or any issues. Sincere 5-star review

Make it easier to navigate to and within projects/folders

CharlesEdwards_III

The app is great at helping one implement a GTD workflow. There are some improvements to be made. * It should be easier to navigate through projects on iOS. For instance, if I have flagged a Project, then clicking on that project should also have a link to the action contents of the project. Once I click the link to go inside, there should show a link to take me back to flagged. * In general, if I jump to any folder or project, there should be a link to take me directly back to where I came from. Swiping ten times or tapping ten times to get back to the top level is not acceptable for a productivity app. Even doing it three time is a lot. * There should be a dynamic option for recently used items. Let’s say I was in a project and added ten tasks to it...except I didn’t because I accidentally clicked the Add to Inbox button. So now all ten tasks have been added to Inbox instead of the specific project I meant to put them in. Once I update one of those ten to the correct project, when I go to the next action item, the top of the project list or context list should have a recently used section. It should not reorder anything. I’m imagining a thin line that goes over your projects list that has those recently used. You could collapse/expand it with a little triangle arrow icon. Just the last 3 recently used projects or contexts should be on top. That way when I have to add ten actions to my “Zebra Makeover” project, I don’t have to scroll to the very bottom every single time to add those tasks. * Why is it so easy to accidentally add tasks to the Inbox from inside of the project? I said this a while ago in a previous review. The “Add to Inbox” button should be a colored icon so it is prominently displayed. That stops accidental use of it and helps to find it when needed; which is the intent of putting it in the bottom right corner at all times. * Batch edits. I should be able to select ten items at once and add them all to a project or context. I should be able to select ten projects and add them to a folder. Etc. Pause ten projects. Etc. If it can be done to one thing, it should be easy to do it to multiple things.
