It has a learning curve to start, but OmniFocus is an intelligently designed system to keep track of all your areas of responsibility. If you’re a GTD practioner, you’ll find all the tools you need to run your system here. If you’re not, you’ll still find tools to organize, plan and, most importantly, DO the tasks you are responsible for. I use OmniFocus on Mac and iPhone, and it syncs perfectly. Wherever I am, all my projects personal and professional are close at hand, tracked in this one system. Support is the best I’ve ever encountered, hands down. Any issues I’ve had over the years have always been resolved quickly. Omnifocus is not cheap, but it’s well worth every penny. And also they’re not jumping on the subscription bandwagon, which I appreciate.
