No Fads or Gimmicks Here

GoldenRaisin

This program is effective if you’re willing to read the lessons and be patient with small changes over time. I had my doubts at first because there wasn’t an off limits list of food or an exercise schedule. I was actually a little lost at first. But, 10 weeks later, I’m still here and I’m making steady progress on my terms. If you are looking for a trendy, gimmicky, unsustainable diet, this probably isn’t going to work for you. If you’re looking for a way to make tiny changes over time that you can live with and will get you to a healthier frame of mind, this may be the plan you’ve been looking for.

Love it

this app/ people & company are the bomb. I love it and can’t say enough good about it.

Don’t Waste Your Time!

nmr727

This app is a joke! I embarrassed that my insurance company is even paying for these services. The app itself is very glitchy & database is basic. There has been zero engagement and interaction between my coach & I since starting the program. I have reached out several times & have gotten zero response. There is also no interaction by coaches on any of the discussion boards. Information given in “lessons” is extremely vague & basic and nothing more than you can receive on a Google search. Basically all they have you do is log your weight & food intake but give zero feedback. The food database is sub par. Apps such as MyFitnessPal are much more helpful. Do yourself a favor & don’t even waste your time with this program!

Buggy app

C. Ferrell

Recently joined to lose weight. The app seems to be glitchy and buggy. Not enough to cause complete loss of function but it does get annoying. Hopefully they update soon. As afar as the program goes you can expect to receive “canned” messages from your coach. The program is not going to give you some extraordinary wisdom. Eat less and eat healthy. Things you already know but probably don’t do ergo you have a weight problem. If it wasn’t free because of my insurance I wouldn’t have even bothered. I may still cancel anyway.

Life Changing!
