This program is helping me get on track better than anything else I have tried so far. I feel like I am shortchanging myself if I don’t complete the lessons and track my meals and glucose levels. This is making it easier. Not easy, just easier.

I am very pleased with my progress to make healthier choices when it comes to diet, exercise, and general well-being. The Omada program itself and the direction from it’s helpful coaches and staff members set up a great support framework to live healthier. They have encouraged me to prioritize healthier choices as my #1 goal each day.

The app does not track biking as an activity. Without that it’s incomplete. The work around of manually adding activity falls short. If it just grabbed my bike workouts it would be a 5.

I can’t seem to get it to work with apple health and Apple Watch. I like the scale, however I wish the scale would record my weight in other apps.

Very little activity and just too basic. I need me motivating videos or talk amongst participates.

Awesome program turned my life around Alexandria is a great encouraging part of the program. I have learned to eat better and to exercise more and make better choices in my life. I use the weekly lessons for reference when I have questions. Thank you
