The Omada plan is great. I enjoy the coaching , team members. Getting reminders to stay in track. Etc . However the app itself has issues. Needs upgrades such as adding calories count instead of just the food consumed. My weight was posted incorrectly, Although I uploaded my photo and it register on the first page does not register at on any of the other pages with the group etc. in addition my steps are also incorrect. . Updates can be slow

I like the set up of the app, but it’s strange that it doesn’t link to my fitness pal or some sort of tracking app. Also nearly every time I step on the Omada scale - it rounds up on the app (from what shows on the scale) This is a little mean. Lol. If the correct number is what shows on the app, not the scale - might want to get them to communicate a little better. I do like the group communication and health coach participation- and the lessons have all been great!

The personal support overrides the functionality of the app. Giving people the lessons and motivation to get one healthy is the key. I am glad a co-worker shared her experience and success with me.

This app is basic and doesn’t necessarily help someone who is borderline diabetic. I thought tracking my food would be great because the app would let me know calorie/carb intake and what’s healthy and unhealthy but instead the user tells the app if it’s healthy. No benefit regret signing up.

Only physical activity you can log is steps so it is useless for logging any other type of workout. Also doesn’t have calorie counter for foods. You see that there is a notification yet when you open the app you have no clue what the notification is for.
