Caused more stress than help

appis a joke

Scale rarely connected to app was not internet issue. To much to pair with Fitbit didn’t get information half the time. Felt like more of a hinderance than help. Why I am canceling my account with Omada

She was a great coach. Wishing her the best on her new journey.

Needs a journal feature!

toowellred

There are so many times that I would be able to better understand my eating habits and exercise if I had a corresponding journal in the app.

Most Efficient Weight Loss Program of All

TimeToRunMiles

Tried a lot of weight loss programs over the years. This is the best ... it provides a scale that automatically sends your weight to your coach and you weigh and track daily. It’s all done in an app and in addition you even have other folks going through the program as well for more on line support. You don’t have to drive to a meeting to weigh in or pick up special foods. Genius.

Needs Help - Coach Needs Coaching

Mlssarse

The coach I was assigned too did not reach out ever to see how I was progressing or to root me on. I was required to ask for help when needed even though the program details that the coach will help guide through nutrition and fitness. I was also under the impression I would be part of group of 10 people max but my group was over 30 which gave no hope to one-on-one help. Worse yet, when I asked to start again or if I was eligible to reapply I was told I couldn’t. Tough luck and I should suggest to my coach how they could do better. Very disappointed that I did not get the help I was told I would get and I do not get to go at it again even though other members of the team have said this is their second or third time.

I was happy with this program until I shared that I had diabetes 2 diagnosis

Sevie68

After 44 weeks loyalty to the program, daily weigh ins, participation in groups, daily walking and following the readings I was sent a very rude notice from the Coach who gave me 2 weeks to get a response form completed by my doctor or I would be dropped from the program. No concern for what I shared, no comments or support to what I can do to deal with my diet to help monitor my diabetes . She never asked if I had other support. I wrote the program and received a nicely written notice of needing a form to complete the program. I have decided that if the program couldn’t adjust to a change for my diet that it is to canned of a program to serve my needs.
