Not a good start

bxzlfrd

Had no control on when my plan started - the Sunday after thanksgiving when i was still travelling. Got home and the scale hadn’t arrived before my plan started. Tried to contact the assigned health coach as suggested by the helpdesk, but they don’t work weekends - so plans start and there is no support on first day. This feels like a waste of my health insurance premiums. I think WW is 1000% times better

Love this group

Tamtash

They are helpful, supportive and encouraging. They truly care and it shows

Useless

If you’ve ever done another weight loss program, then don’t bother with this one - you won’t learn anything new. The information is very beginner level and feels like it’s targeted to people who aren’t the smartest. The app itself is very buggy and annoying to use. Steps aren’t tracked correctly, pop up notifications won’t go away, it refuses to sync with other apps, etc. Also don’t ever expect more than generic copy/paste info from your coach. Mine barely responded, and most of my group stopped participating after about three weeks. Good thing this app was free, because I wouldn’t pay a dime for this garbage.

Best Health/Weight Loss App Ever

capt_talons

I heard about Omada from my employer. They paid for the program. It’s been 2 months and I’ve lost 15lbs (the right way). This is not a calorie counter program. My health coach is very helpful. She sent me a link the first week with amazing methods on how to cook veggies that actually taste decent. The food tracker is easy and not tedious like most other food tracker apps. The step counter is auto synced with my Apple health app. The best part is they send you a scale that is automatically configured to the app. Every time you step on the scale it records and uploads the info to the app, putting your progress in a very helpful line graph. I wish my kickoff group was more active but all and all Omada is the real deal. 5 stars, hands down.

Worthless Program

Amberwavesofgrn

This program is all about behavioral modification but provides little to no resources or feedback to the users to aid in the change. The life coaches are a joke and copy and paste standard rhetoric. Don’t waste your time or money.

Life changing

All I can say is make up your mind to want to live a better life first, and Omada will give you the too I ps to support. The App works perfect. It really works

A waste

BekahWach

This app doesn’t actually do anything. Not worth it.

Great support

I have been on the Omada program program for nearly 9 months now. It has been a lifesaver for me. I love the concept and leaning more each week. I have had a wonderful coach who interacts with me on a regular bases and truly listens to me offering suggestions. I have lost just shy of 75 pounds with the help of Omada. Of course, I have to do the work. What I get out of it depends on the effort I out in. if I wanted a good coach/client relationship, I needed to hold up my end and communicate with him and as well as him with me. I needed to be willing to try different things and adjust from there if they aren't a good fit. If i want to be successful, I needed to do the steps to be successful. I'm nearing my goal weight and look forward to learning how to maintain that way and Continue to get healthy with the help of Omada. Thank you for changing and probably saving my life, Omada!

Content is good but the app is clunky

TheresNoNamesLeft123

The content provided is perfectly fine, but the interface on the app is clunky, and at times very frustrating. For example why is there no autocorrect for capitalization when entering food? Also, why does it fail so hard? If I enter “Cherry Pepsi (12oz)” one day the next day if I start to type “Cherry Pepsi” it probably doesn’t make sense to suggest “cherry pepperoni pizza (2 slices)”.

Not enough features.

Mrhockey27

I have found free apps with many more features. The major thing for me is no option for caloric tracking.
