You wonder why insurance is expensive?

It’s worthless programs like this that your insurance company is so graciously giving you for free. Lol Kind of like the Facebook for fat people. Total waste of time and your insurance providers money.

This program is amazing. You learn how to hold yourself accountable. I have been with Omada going on my 3rd year. It is a lifestyle.

I’m not liking this app. Instructions said I need to log in through a browser to set up but when I login, it dumps me into the app, so I cannot even lookup whether it can connect to the iPhone Health app so it can load my step count. However, the scale didn’t need to be connected to our home LAN, and worked without irritating setup process, which is cool, but doesn’t help the lack of integration that Noom has.

I’m very pleased with Omada. It’s very simple to track, add meals! It even sends you a reminder towards the end of the night about entering your daily meals. My coach is always very timely in answering messages, finds the perfect encouraging words, gives the best advice and great ideas!
