It doesn’t allow you to accurately log your food and won’t sync with Fitbit or other tracking apps. It doesn’t give meal plans. I don’t know what the coach actually does.

Omada has helped me to “rethink” my habits. I am making slow progress but every pound I lose is a pound of butter!!!!

Would love some 30-45 minute one pot/pan dinner recipes. Do best with oven dishs as don’t have to watch the stove top.

I like the concept. Unfortunately tech problems like being able to communicate with my coach have prevented me from being able to fully utilize the program. I sent a message to their help department but haven’t heard back. I also don’t like that I am unable to edit or delete comments I have made in group chats.

Content is good but the app is horrible. The messaging feature shows up blank and you have to scroll to top to view the text. Feedback link doesn’t work and the text shows up as size 20 through the app

…the most recent update is making the app glitch. Every time I open it now it acts like I’m opening for the first time and has to show me what’s new with every option and I have to turn some things back on that we’re already on before. If we could get that fixed it would be perfect!
