I did not find this helpful as someone who gained weight during pregnancy and was unable to go back to the gym because of the pandemic. I already know to eat more vegetables and lean meats.

The app itself is fine the Coach are a different story. They generalize all their answers to questions or comments and don’t give an alternative to assist with needs or situations

I’m glad I didn’t have to be the one to pay for the membership. I was expecting more in terms of what would come with it. The App is easy to work with but meal tracking isn’t great. I’d still rather use my MyFitnessPal to track meals due to it actually tracking macros. You don’t get any type of help with meal planning. Group discussion may as well just be a FB fitness group I’m in. All around disappointing except for the scale which is really nice

I’ve learned more in two weeks than I have in ten years! My doctor is willing to take a wait and see attitude for now, since I’ve gotten my numbers down already. The app is easy to connect to tracking devices, and simple to use. The groups are supportive, and the coach and team are wonderful at responding to messages. Their help and guidance is well worth logging in. I can’t wait to see how much healthier I’ll be in another few months!!

Apps keeps asking to connect to Apple Watch with pop-up. Everyday I keep saying turning on and it only works for a few hours then forgets again.
